Position Overview: As a Talent Sourcer / Manufacturing Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting diverse, highly capable talent to impactful career opportunities. Working closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR business partners, you will find and attract top candidates for roles across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruiting Strategy:

Partner with Plant HR Leads and the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with Company’s overall Talent Acquisition goals. Lead Generation and


Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to actively and passively source candidates. Stay creative in exploring new platforms and methods for attracting top talent. Requisition Management:

Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure an efficient recruitment process, leveraging automated tools like interview scheduling technologies. Build and maintain a robust candidate talent pool to meet both current and future hiring needs. Candidate Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Desired Skills & Experience: ATS Expertise:

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with preference for familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms. Digital Sourcing Expertise:

Proven experience utilizing digital media, search engine optimization (SEO), and job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing. Manufacturing Recruiting Experience:

At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within an hourly manufacturing environment, with a proven ability to develop and manage candidate pipelines. Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred):

A degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Specialized knowledge in hourly manufacturing recruiting is highly desirable.
