Lakeshore Talent is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant for a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will support executive leadership and assist with office administration to ensure operational efficiency and effective cross-departmental collaboration.


Targeted Salary Range: $65,000-70,000 annually upon conversion

Schedule: Abbreviated hybrid schedule, 2-3 days onsite per week and shortened days on Fridays!

Location: Greenwood Village


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Coordinate All Staff Meetings, retreats, and collaboration events.
  • Maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, mail processing, and vendor relations.
  • Organize and manage contracts, invoices, and document storage.
  • Executive Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including scheduling, reports, and presentations.
  • Plan and organize 3-5 Board meetings annually, preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Manage communications, strategic plan documents, and electronic filing systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Event and travel planning experience is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel 3-6 times per year.
