Job Overview: The Senior Director, Regulatory Reporting Operations will lead and manage the Regulatory Reporting Operations team, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of regulatory data and reports. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of global regulatory requirements, data management, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the organization's regulatory objectives. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management:

Lead and develop a high-performing Regulatory Reporting Operations team. Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all regulatory data and reports comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for the jurisdiction that CA operates in. Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on regulatory reporting.

Data Management:

Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of regulatory data. Implement robust data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage technology and automation to streamline data operations.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, IT, and Business Units, to align on regulatory data requirements. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory data inquiries and audits.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute a strategic plan for Regulatory Reporting Operations that aligns with CA’s goals. Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Extensive experience in regulatory reporting operations, compliance, or a related field. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and data governance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
