Senior Director, Transformation Program Manager
in our Strategic Transformation Office to drive forward our multi-year strategic plan by managing and executing key programs that will transform how Cambridge Associates functions. This individual will play an integral role in thought leadership, program management, driver of change, and delivery of business outcomes. Primary Duties Transformation Partner with stakeholders across the firm to transform CA’s capabilities by leading efforts to standardize service offerings, streamline operational processes, and optimize leverage/use of data and technology solutions. Responsible for driving cultural change and fostering an innovative mindset across the transformation programs. Lead and drive organization change management activities to ensure transformation objectives are met and adopted by the organization. Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams to drive problem-solving activities with a growth mindset. Drive agile delivery by being adaptive, iterative, and looking for improvement opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the program. Build and cultivate strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders. Gain credibility and trust from Senior leaders of the firm. Program Execution & Delivery Develop, maintain, and implement transformation program plans, identifying and delivering to identified business outcomes. Synthesize detailed requirements into succinct overviews based on audience. Develop objectives and key results (OKRs) for transformation programs to track and report on progress. Partner with other managers in the firm to understand and manage interdependencies associated with the transformation programs. Lead and drive the decision-making process to ensure decisions are made in a timely fashion. Proactively identify and accurately assess, manage, and report on program risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Provide budget oversight for the program, highlighting areas where additional funding may be needed. Stakeholder Engagement Successfully organize and lead cross-functional and cross-department program teams to established plan to meet business objectives. Develop and manage communication to project stakeholder groups – Program Leadership Team, Business Advisory Group, and the Steering Committee. Seek feedback to ensure project is meeting expectations related to schedule, business outcome, cost, and deliverables. Requirements BA/BS required, MBA a plus 12+ years of supporting organizational change initiatives (people, process, technology) and/or project implementation(s); or significant experience leading projects as a management consultant Experience with financial services companies, ideally asset or wealth manager Proven relationship management skills: strong track record of ability to build trust and credibility through communication, actions, and presence Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Expert leadership skills to drive highly effective meetings Drive timely decision making Experience leading and/or highly involved in technology and data project implementations (with an understanding of the system development lifecycle) Depth and expertise in business analysis and process redesign Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure Strong attention to detail Self-motivated, requiring minimal guidance Highest standards of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality Strong Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills Certifications in key areas a plus not required: project management (e.g. PMP), agile (e.g., SAFe), and/or technology implementation (e.g., ITIL) EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT The firm is committed to the concept and practice of equal employment opportunity, and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
