As a Front Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage and maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and clients according to their availability.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or relevant role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
