Recruiting Sourcer
We are looking for a motivated and capable Sourcer to join Conexus Finance & Accounting Recruiting practice. Your responsibilities as a Sourcer will include identifying, contacting, and engaging with ideal passive candidates for our open Finance and Accounting search projects, reaching out to these candidates, and presenting them with details on our active searches. You must also be able to confidently determine the validity of a potential candidate and if that candidate is a potentially suitable fit for our search projects.
Typical duties and responsibilities
- Follow up on leads to determine and source the best potential job candidates
- Identify and interact with potential passive candidates via social media and professional networks
- Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming candidates
- Post job openings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and educate candidates about our firm and about the positions we are recruiting for
- Maintain consultative relationships with candidates
- Make recommendations to Conexus Recruiting Managers and Directors
- Help develop talent pipelines and related databases
Education and experience
This position requires a bachelors degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience working in recruitment, ideally with experience recruiting finance and accounting candidates
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and communications skills
- Expertise in adaptability, accountability, and confidentiality
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN OFFICE MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS WEEKLY IN ONE OF OUR LA BASED OFFICES (LOCATED IN GLENDALE AND PLAYA VISTA)
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in both traditional talent sourcing techniques including basic knowledge with Boolean searching
