Position Overview

Swipe Say Easy  
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression by greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
