Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
