Position: Receptionist

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $650 - $870 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our company, making a positive impression on clients, visitors, and staff alike. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and exceptional organizational abilities.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, making and receiving calls as necessary.
• Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or department and take accurate messages.
• Maintain the reception area by keeping it clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for various team members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
