Aon is looking for a Senior Vice President and West Region Leader, Cyber SolutionsAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Cyber Solutions insurance brokerage team at Aon in our hybrid remote work enviornment in either our San Francisco, CA; or Los Angeles, CA office locations.Join our industry leading team as a Senior Vice President and West Region Team Leader within Aon’s Cyber Solutions (ACS)!Demonstrate sophisticated ability to present authoritatively in all elements of client facing (internal and external) including technical writing and verbal presentationsRetain and grow assigned clients and prospectsBe effective in client deliverables (e.g., crafting presentations, proposals, etc.) and ensure all client work is accurate and professional; be seen by clients, prospects and AEs as a trusted advisorBe proficient on internal Aon/ACS policies, procedures and documentsDemonstrate expertise in comparison and analysis of insurance policies and determination of needed improvements by market to accomplish objectives, tackle problems and identify business opportunitiesBe able to articulate the value proposition of Aon and Cyber SolutionsJob responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of running West Region’s book of business and leading team resources in performance of client service and prospect developmentResponsible for the development of all team members, including remediation of performance and management issues of teamResponsible to lead intra-team relationships to ensure effective, efficient and supportive relationship(s) among all team membersOptimally connect with all Aon account personnel to ensure consistent and detailed delivery of service to Aon clients and to identify and exploit areas for improvement or account growthResponsible to work in conjunction with national leadership in talent recruitment when and as neededDemonstrate thorough knowledge of Cyber / E&O insurance marketplace and our team’s products and servicesDemonstrate ability to place a layered program ($500M ) from start to finishOwn all aspects of client service for your assigned book of business and new business opportunities in coordination with other team members and by using the deal flow process; effectively connect with other team members and administrative staff to ensure proper prioritization of workflowUse effective negotiation skills to improve broking results for clientsUse data, own experience, others’ perspectives, and a clear methodology improve client programs and create opportunity with prospective client programsProvide broking status and continuous proactive service to clients during entire broking process and entire period of engagement by clientWork in an Aon United fashion to cross-sell Cyber Solutions products and servicesEffectively apply the claims and legal advocacy group for claim administration and counsel to assist with claim resolutionProactively develop and complete a pipeline strategy for new businessAct as a mentor to more junior team membersDrive utilization of all available technology throughout broking process and client service processReplicate effective products/solutions and develop broking opportunitiesUnderstand the causes of E&O and avoid and embrace practices to reduce exposureRequired Experience:10 years of Cyber/E&O insurance experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build relationshipsActive P&C LicenseEducation:Bachelor’s degreeWe offer youA driven total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
