Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative duties efficiently. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Ensure the office is secure by following check-in/check-out procedures for visitors and employees. Assist with the preparation of meetings, including setting up equipment and arranging refreshments. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
