Meadows Garage Doors is hiring: Office Assistant in Roanoke

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. $35,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee online and print marketing efforts
• Purchase office equipment when appropriate
• Improve skill sets through employee development programs
• Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
• Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates

• Manage several different email inboxes for personal communication, incoming client leads, etc.
• Conduct post-service or post-installation follow-up calls with clients to facilitate an excellent client experience.
• Engage with current and potential clients via the use of the business's social media accounts.
• Provide assistance to the owners with project management and fulfillment.
• Participate in local networking activities on behalf of the company when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
• Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
• Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
• Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
• Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred

• Experience with Service Titan Software preferred
