Job Description
LHH is looking to fill a Temp to Direct Hire Accounting Assistant Job in San Diego, CA for our client. The Company is family owned and operated and has been really growing over the past few years! In addition, the company offers fantastic benefits and a 401k for long-term employees. This Accounting Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager and will also require administrative duties. This is an immediate temp to direct hire opportunity paying between $20/hr and $24/hr.
Responsibilities for this Accounting Assistant job opportunity:
- Processing/ examining invoices
- Inputting data and account information into QuickBooks
- Assist with answering phones, ordering supplies, filing, etc…
- Various AR/AP clerk duties
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- NO degree required
- Two years of experience required
- Ability to assist with various administrative duties
- Moderate skill with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks
