Non-profit seeks dependable & analytical, Executive Assistant with strong writing & communication skills to perform administrative duties under the Executive Director. Duties: Provide timely & accurate program documentation, report monitoring, & funding requests; Maintain corporate files; Maintain Board management in LITT system; Maintain Lease Agreement; Maintain company credit cards; Order & maintain office supplies; Maintain office machines; Assist clients, board, vendors, & the general public; Prepare letters & mailings; Schedule meetings, travel & conferences for staff; Facilitate and co-author leases, contracts & MOUs; Screen & respond to Executive Directors email; Other duties as assigned. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Education High School Diploma or GED is required> Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of closely related work experience. Computer Skills: Expert in MS Office. Other Requirements: A valid drivers license and proof of liability insurance is required if work related travel is necessary. Acceptable pre-employment criminal background check and substance abuse screening. Must be Insurable and bondable.
