We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Long Beach, California. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient office environment. Your duties will include answering inbound and outbound calls, managing emails, and performing receptionist duties. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a detail oriented and friendly service is provided at all times.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all communication is handled promptly and in a detail oriented manner.
• Manage the office email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
• Perform receptionist duties, including welcoming and checking in visitors.
• Uphold administrative office processes to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Implement a system for tracking and maintaining accurate records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Proficiency in Administrative Office tasks is essential
• Demonstrated experience in Receptionist Duties is required
• Must be adept at Answering Inbound Calls in a detail oriented manner
• Experience in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls is a necessity
