We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Detail Oriented Administrative Assistant. This role is within the Services industry. The work environment includes a small team environment and a casual dress code.


Responsibilities:

• Handling clerical duties, which include drafting correspondence using Microsoft Word

• Assisting divers with administrative needs

• Answering phone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate party

• Managing light accounts payable/accounts receivable activities (training will be provided)

• Ordering office supplies as needed

• Providing customer service through both inbound and outbound calls

• Ensuring smooth email correspondence

• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various tasks.

• Proficient in answering inbound calls with a detail-oriented demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Experienced in performing data entry tasks with high degree of accuracy
• Skilled in managing email correspondence in a timely and effective manner
• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound call procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling
• Skilled in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in drafting and editing documents in Microsoft Word
• Proven ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
