Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician Job Specialty: Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 5x8-Hour (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: 2 years of experience in trauma level 2 hospital required License: Compact or specific state license required at time of application Certifications: CRCST or CSPDT required Must-Have: - COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Job Description: - Orientation includes 8 hours of non-billable training. - Specific equipment usage includes Sterilizer, Sterrad Machine, Ultrasonic (CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed). - This position is open to first-time travelers. - Applicants must be willing to travel over 65 miles from their address. - Candidates must not have been permanent staff or in-house agency contractors in the past year at the facility. - References from 2 managers or supervisors required to begin the contract. - AHA certifications necessary. - RTO must be on the profile and addressed during interviews. - Candidates must not call in unless specified.
