Job Description:
We’re looking for a Marketplace Specialist with a proven track record of managing and optimizing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, and eBay. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is passionate about e-commerce, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, and eBay marketplaces, including listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Handle Amazon back-end operations such as Safe-T claims management, responding to claims, chargebacks, and resolving issues effectively and promptly.
Monitor and resolve marketplace compliance issues, account health, and seller performance metrics.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize listings for maximum visibility, sales, and profitability.
Analyze marketplace performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Proactively identify and address marketplace trends, challenges, and potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and best practices to maintain competitive advantages.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, and eBay).
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central back-end operations, including Safe-T claims, chargebacks, and issue resolution.
Proven track record of growing sales and improving operational efficiency on marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience with tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar platforms is a plus.
