This role focuses on optimizing material movement and flow patterns between warehouses and the factory floor across a multi-building campus producing 2.6 billion devices annually. The ideal candidate is a driven professional eager to grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Coach teams on continuous improvement tools. Optimize internal logistic flows to reduce costs and boost productivity. Implement and manage systems like Kanban, 5S, and mizu-sumashi. Lead projects in supply chain logistics and factory flow. The Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics. 3 years of manufacturing/logistics experience. Expertise in lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
