We are looking to bring on board a Receptionist for our client's operations in Fresno, Ca. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include offering administrative support across the organization, coordinating front-desk activities, and managing customer interactions. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by answering incoming calls and addressing queries

• Coordinate schedule and set appointments as necessary

• Cover breaks to ensure smooth operations at all times

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records

• Handle email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Manage multi-line phone system effectively

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills while interacting with customers

• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is required
• Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system for answering and directing calls
• Proven ability in providing exceptional customer service
• Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse groups of people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contacts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents
• Experience in organizing files, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval
• Ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively, ensuring no conflicts.
