Position Overview The General Manager - HVAC, Plumbing will oversee all aspects of our HVAC and plumbing operations, ensuring quality service delivery, efficient project management, and compliance with industry standards. The role involves managing teams, coordinating projects, and driving business growth in both residential and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Oversee project management for HVAC and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Manage and mentor a team of technicians and project managers, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards in all operations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion. Evaluate and improve existing processes and systems to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Bachelors degree in construction management, business administration, mechanical engineering, or related field (preferred) 10 years construction experience 5 years in a managerial role overseeing hvac/plumbing projects Field experience required Experience in both commercial and residential HVAC and plumbing projects. Excellent team management and leadership skills.
