Project Manager - HVAC, Plumbing

Position Overview We are a leading mechanical contractor seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as experience in commercial construction management. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to project specifications. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards on all job sites. Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients. Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to manage $10M construction projects Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management software.
