Position Overview: PM/Estimator is responsible for the efficient coordination and technical oversight of commercial painting and coatings projects. You will take on the responsibility of creating initial estimates for customers, overseeing job schedules, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Accurately estimate project costs, timeline, and required resources Develop cost-effective solutions for customer needs Manage project timeline and budget, making adjustments to accommodate changes and challenges Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, customers, and other project stakeholders Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans and reports Ensure projects adhere to relevant safety and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field Proven experience in Project Management and Estimating Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with Commercial Painting and Coatings Paint a plus Advanced knowledge of relevant software programs Benefits Salary: $90k-$125k DOE PTO Health/Dental/Vision insurance Car allowance Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
