Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coatings and estimations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and finalize painting projects according to deadlines and within budget. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for painting projects and manage costs. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry. Strong knowledge of coatings and paint products. Excellent estimation and budgeting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills. Relevant certifications in project management or coatings are a plus.
