Commercial Paint PM/Estimator in Phoenix, AZ

Project Manager/Estimator Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to oversee our commercial painting and coatings project estimates and manage all phases of ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate and comprehensive project estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project closeout. Ensure project budgets are met or exceeded. Monitor project progress and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. Manage change orders and other project-related issues as they arise. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety guidelines. Maintain project documentation and records for future reference. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating in the commercial painting and coatings industry. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of coatings, coatings paint, and other related products. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documentation. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
