We are looking for an experienced Estimator/PM to join our team. The Estimator/PM will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and project management for commercial paint and coatings projects. The ideal candidate will have a combination of estimating, project management, and commercial painting experience. Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates for commercial paint and coatings projects Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor progress of projects, including budgets, timelines, and quality Address any issues that arise during the course of the project Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and other relevant regulations Qualifications Knowledge of commercial painting and coatings paint Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software Benefits Salary: $85k-$125k PTO Car allowance Health benefits Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
