Job Title: HVAC Project Manager Location: Miami, FL Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 We are a commercial & industrial HVAC company headquartered in Miami. We are looking for an experienced project manager who has experience with industrial & commercial HVAC projects, if that sounds like you lets connect What You Will Be Doing Oversee all phases of commercial and industrial HVAC projects, from inception to completion. Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Procure materials and equipment, negotiate contracts, and manage project budgets. Provide technical expertise and guidance on HVAC systems and equipment. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Use sales skills to help build on the existing customer base. What You Need for this Position Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as an HVAC project manager in the commercial/industrial sector. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards. Strong understanding of chilled water and condenser water systems. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to managing multiple projects worth up to 3M in value.
