Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. Litigation Attorney specializing in Plaintiff cases to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in insurance coverage disputes, and will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings while ensuring the highest standards of service and advocacy. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in court and during legal negotiations Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents Develop and implement effective case strategies Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations Manage all aspects of litigation from inception to trial Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Negotiate settlements and advise clients on settlement options Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active state bar membership Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney Proven experience with Plaintiff cases, particularly in insurance coverage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
