We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you will be pivotal in partnering with both field-based and corporate employees to devise and implement innovative HR strategies that support our multi-state workforce. Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR-related issues, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HR data to inform strategy, focusing on areas like workforce planning, employee development, performance management, and employee relations. Market Analysis: Leverage market insights and best practices to shape human capital strategies that support business growth, ensuring uniform goals and performance metrics across the organization. Issue Resolution: Identify and address organizational and personnel issues promptly and effectively. Business Acumen: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's financial health, strategic direction, and corporate culture. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR peers and the VP of HR to develop solutions that enhance talent acquisition, development, motivation, and retention. Engagement Leadership: Actively participate in planning for employee development and engagement initiatives. Team Dynamics: Foster a positive work environment, demonstrating leadership, enthusiasm, and a strong customer service orientation. Qualifications: HR Expertise: Must have comprehensive knowledge in all key HR areas including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Employment Law. Engagement Monitoring: Ability to gauge employee morale and engagement, acting as a proactive HR partner. Experience: Proven experience in a similar HR business partner role. Technical Skills: Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications are highly preferred.
