Production Supervisor

Responsibilities: Coach Safety, Quality, and Productivity Optimize throughput within budget Monitor ANDON occurrences and respond Ensure safe, smooth, quality production Support Kaizen and problem resolution Communicate and recognize achievements Meet targets for FTT, inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling Build team capabilities Foster a positive work environment Handle basic supervisory tasks Skills Required: Flexible with shifts and weekends Independent work capability Assign and manage unionized workforce Strong organizational and multitasking skills Problem-solving and conflict management Effective leadership and communication Experience Required: Lean Manufacturing knowledge Microsoft Office proficiency Experience Preferred: Body shop/stamping/paint/subassembly experience Safety and Quality experience Constraint management knowledge Unionized workforce management Education: Required: High School Diploma/GED Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
