Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Management and Communications Lead to spearhead the change management and communications strategy and execution for the HR System Implementations across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the people side of change, ensuring smooth transitions for HR system transformation across the HR function and the global managers and colleagues using the HR systems. You will work closely with the Project Teams across IT, HR and business leaders to develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans that maximize user adoption, minimize resistance and ensure successful deployment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with HR systems change management and possess a deep understanding of HR processes, system implementations and proven change management and communication methodologies to guide teams through the transition with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

    Conduct change impact assessment across audiences and phases of the project.
  • Develop change management and communication strategies and plans based on change impact assessment results.
  • Collaborate with the organizational communications team to create and deliver project communications, leveraging existing standards, processes, tools and templates.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development team to determine training strategies and approaches and help execute training.
  • Develop change network strategy and plan and lead change network activations.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section. Target Salary Range

$145,000 - $178,000 if located in Illinois

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in change management and communications
  • Previous experience understanding effort, approach and shift to a new HCM Model with translation to Change Plan creation and execution
  • Ability to tailor messaging and approach to unique stakeholder and management engagement needs
  • Development of Learning curriculum in partnership with L&D team
  • Delivery of communications and training
  • Directing and influencing change champions, garner support for change journey

Preferred:

  • Prior change management experience in HR System implementations to Workday
