Summary
The IT Integration Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the seamless integration of our HCM technology system and other HR platforms and applications within our HR Portfolio. This role involves leading cross functional team collaboration to design, implement and optimize the IT integration solutions that enable our HR vision and enhance data exchange efficiencies while reducing manual work and ensuring data exchange governance is implemented and adhere to our strict data privacy requirements. The IT Integration Lead will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data flows, system compatibility and timely and accurate delivery of integration projects. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills, technical expertise in integration tools and methodologies and must have deep understanding of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in cloud based HCM system with demonstrated experience across key modules like HCM, Performance, Compensation and Talent Acquisition platforms. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop the future state architecture for HR Data integrations
Lead Design and Development of integrations that meet the business requirements Utilize Integration tools for cloud based HCM System Oversee the integration project life-cycle working with cross-functional teams Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of integrations Train other members of the team on how to build and maintain integrations Ongoing support and maintenance of integrations Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section. $155,000 - $183,000 if located in Illinois
