Summary
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Reporting Lead is responsible for designing, implementing and managing comprehensive reporting solutions that support the strategic and operational imperatives of the HR function. This role involves leading the development and delivery of HCM reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and actionable insights into key workforce metrics such as talent acquisition, employee performance, retention, compensation, and workforce diversity. The HCM Reporting Lead will collaborate with HR, IT and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate requirements to enablement. This role will be critical to establishing initial reporting roadmap as well as ongoing steady state delivery of reporting service delivery model.
Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for reviewing and identify reports needed for future state
- Help Design and build reports for future state HCM system
- Testing of reports in the new HCM system
- Ability to build and train a team for future HCM report asks
- Other skills in Tableau, Snowflake, and other data lake/data warehouse technologies
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits information can be found here.
Target Salary Range$150,000 - $174,000 if located in Illinois

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- 12 - 15 years of HCM reporting experience
- Ability to create and design advanced reports
- Understanding of calculated fields and demonstrated creation and use
- Data analysis familiarity to identify trends, insights, understanding metrics
- Ability to visualize data using tools like Tableau
- Requirements gathering and process associated with report creation
- Data governance and structure
- Cloud-based HCM platforms data tables
Preferred:
- Certified for a cloud-based HCM platform
