What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Learning, Performance, and Talent Management modules.
• Configure and maintain HCM systems, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Lead new automation initiatives and solve roadblocks for your department.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address technology needs and implement innovative solutions.
• Test system changes and ensure smooth transitions with no negative downstream impacts.

What You'll Need to be Considered:

• 7+ years required experience with Workday HRIS
• Preferred HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP
• 5+ years experience configuring modules in Workday
