What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM.
• Configure and maintain HCM systems with a focus on documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate on project roadmaps for new automation initiatives.
• Investigate system issues, providing solutions and testing functionalities.
• Partner with Data Analytics and IT to optimize HCM capabilities.
