What You'll Be Doing:
Providing high-level, on-site service to resolve technical issues for clients. Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment with precision and efficiency. Coordinating the installation and de-installation of new equipment as per client requests. Staying updated on the latest technologies to optimize client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of service work performed and communicating effectively with supervisors. What You'll Need to be Considered:
Be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Strong understanding of microcomputers, peripherals, and Windows OS. Proficiency in system imaging, Active Directory, and networking components. Experience in desktop, laptop, and printer/copier repair. A+ Certification preferred; Hardware Vendor certifications a plus.
