CNC Applications Engineer

The Applications Engineer will integrate software and machinery into manufacturing processes, providing customer training, technical support, and sales assistance. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot, and a focus on delivering tailored solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-house and on-site training on Prima Power software for punching, laser cutting, bending, and manufacturing cells.
- Conduct tooling and safety training for customers, focusing on risk mitigation.
- Provide technical support for the organizations machinery and software (phone, internet, troubleshooting).
- Develop and implement customer training programs and custom software solutions.
- Stay updated on new product developments through meetings and training.
- Assist sales teams with technical specifications, turret configurations, and manufacturing cell integration.
- Conduct software demos and provide production feasibility analyses for customers.
- Support start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software development or manufacturing integration.
- Proficiency with software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CNC technology.
- Experience in coding (C++, C#, Java, etc.), SQL, and Microsoft systems.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
