Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical design, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Proficiency in PCB design, including schematic capture, layout, and component selection.
- Knowledge of signal integrity principles, including debugging and analysis.
- Familiarity with medical device standards such as IEC 60601 and ISO 13485.
- Experience using design tools like Altium, OrCAD, or similar.
- Experience with analog/digital circuit integration and low-power design.
- Familiarity with high-speed interfaces (e.g., USB, Ethernet, I2C/SPI protocols).
- Understanding of risk analysis methodologies such as DFMEA.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance and medical device testing (e.g., EMI/EMC).
