Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are hiring for a Civil Project Engineers in the Council Bluffs, IA and Omaha, NE area. Project work for public sector projects. Base salary is estimated at $85,000- $125,000/YR, with a generous bonus program. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (NE or IA preferred) Civil or Municipal Design – 4 years minimum Industrial and Infrastructure project experience Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Strong business acumen in project planning and management preferred Preferred: 8+ Years experience Job Duties & Responsibilities: Work with key Clients to define project requirements, develop design criteria, and communicate priorities to the Project Team. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates. Produce construction documents with an established team of experienced and skilled technical professionals. Provide detailed reviews on multiple projects at varying stages of design. Coordinate design efforts with public and private stakeholders. Provide Construction Administration services such as reviewing submittals/shop drawings, reviewing change order requests, and answering questions from the field.
