Our client, a well known apparel retail company , is looking for someone to join their team as a Marketing Manager. This role is hybrid in San Francisco, California. This is a 6 month W2 contract In this role, you will develop and execute digital strategies to maintain brand equity and gain market share, which requires a comprehensive understanding of the individual brand, its target market, and the brand's overall vision and direction. What You Will Be Doing Handle all in-season execution for product-focused storytelling and promotional events on homepage, email, and digital media Build and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams from creative to CRM, commercial planning, media, merchandising, online experience, digital production, external agencies, and more. Analyze performance metrics and competitive landscape to continually iterate marketing assets to match up-to-date best practices. Work with cross functional teams to ideate and execute test and learn across channels. Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing; content marketing experience required Solid analytical skills, ability to glean insights and tell a story from data Experience in fashion and retail strongly preferred Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
