Duties
Handle casualty litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions. Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations. Develop case strategies and provide legal guidance to clients. Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and analysis. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to deliver high-quality client service. Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Requirements
3–5 years of experience in casualty or civil defense litigation. Strong case management and client communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to fostering teamwork and a collaborative workplace culture. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active license to practice law in Ohio and in good standing with the state bar. Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional legal research and analytical abilities. Effective negotiation and advocacy skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and handle complex legal matters. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
