Employment Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. Duties: Handle a wide range of employment law litigation matters in federal and Texas courts. Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive briefs, motions, and pleadings. Provide legal analysis and counsel to clients on employment law matters. Represent clients during mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and achieve client goals. Stay current on federal and Texas employment laws and regulations. Requirements: 3 to 30 years of experience in employment law litigation. Solid understanding of federal and Texas employment laws. Strong legal research and briefing skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues effectively. Experience in commercial litigation is a plus but not mandatory. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligibility to obtain Texas Bar admission. Skills: Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
