Job Purpose and Responsibilities Position Purpose:

Fertilizer role will consist of building a book of business with U.S. based retailers using the current StoneX consultancy program as well as educating said customers on how to use fertilizer futures derivatives to build their risk management programs. The early months of the role will consist of learning the fertilizer markets, taking Series 3 exam, learning how futures tools can be used, etc. Then, the role will have more travel to see customers face to face. Primary duties will include: Identifies, prospects and contacts potential clients to educate them on fertilizer trading and risk management. Build a book of business consisting of consultancy program income as well as fertilizer futures trade income. Analyzes individual client operations to determine market exposure, price sensitivity and financial risks. Attends trade conferences, seminars and symposiums to represent products, increase contact with existing client base and identify new opportunities. Executes futures, options and Swaps that support fertilizer risk management strategies. Educate and inform customers of hedge opportunities Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Time management skills. Should be able to work well under pressure managing several time sensitive deadlines. Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels Effective presentation and marketing skills Ability to learn technical products and explain complex products in clear, simplified terms to prospective clients Preferred Qualifications: Risk Management experience Knowledge and/or experience with fertilizer Education and Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Economics, or related field to include Business Management Obtain Series 3 License within 60 days of hire (company sponsored) Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Full time/5x a week in office Ability to travel
