monday.com is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to elevate our backend architecture to new heights. You'll be part of our mondayDB team, working from our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
As a key member of the mondayDB team, which is a part of our Data Group, you'll collaborate with an exceptional group of developers tackling complex engineering challenges related to scalability and performance.
The Data group is developing an entirely new, groundbreaking Data Platform, MondayDB 3.0, designed to support our product's growth to 100 times our current capacity. The MondayDB team is focused on building the engine and ensuring optimal performance for data queries, maintaining data integrity, and supporting an enormous scale of data and actions using microservices written in Go and Node.

Working on a tier-one service, impacting the entire organization. Working on a new service that should support x100 the scale we have today. Collaborate with other teams to integrate and achieve fast execution and integrations Resilience, Monitoring, and observability are crucial for our success. Teamwork is key, working on features with team members, and other developers from multiple teams. Your Experience & Skills
Strong technical and coding skills with a passion for system architecture. Experience with Micro Services architecture, Event Sourcing, and modern frameworks is an advantage. Experienced with building complex large-scale web applications. Experience working with databases - Redis, Cassandra, etc. Experience with Resilience, Monitoring, and observability capabilities Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
