Responsibilities: Define analog IC products, develop and debug reference circuits, write datasheets and application/design notes, and provide application support and technical training. Essential Functions: Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define high density module products in cloud computing power solutions for CPU, GPU, ASIC, and SOC. Develop application reference circuits and system level power management solutions for Data Center/AI applications. Conduct hands-on lab bench evaluations, system and board level debugging, and prototype demonstrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support existing products and drive new product development. Write datasheets, application notes, design notes, and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products. Qualifications/Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in switch mode power supply designs, especially in multi-phase core power design. Familiar with lab tools like oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies, e-loads, frequency analyzer, etc. Prior work experience in multi-phase products is highly preferred, with proven problem-solving capability. Experience with simulation tools like Simplis, Maxwell, Icepak, etc. is preferred. Experience in PCB design/layout is a plus. Fluent communication skills in English. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Self-motivated. Education: MSEE or higher required.
