Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Director of Information Technology, where you will lead the strategic direction and management of our IT department. We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong background in IT management to drive innovation and ensure the effective operation of our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the IT department, including application development, system administration, system design, and IT operations. Provide senior leadership in implementing Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency. Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure seamless operation of all IT systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust IT solutions that align with business objectives. Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing firewall and VoIP technologies. Drive the development and implementation of Java-based applications to meet organizational needs. Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an IT department. Strong background in system administration, system design, and application development. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management practices. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including VoIP systems and firewall technologies.
