Position Overview: The

Capital Campaign/Associate Development Director

will play a key role in driving our

Capital Campaign

while directing the overall fundraising strategy for

Fourth Street Clinic . In partnership with the Chief Development Officer, this position is responsible for managing relationships with donors, stakeholders, and the community and ensuring the success of our Capital Campaign and annual fundraising efforts. This position is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven leader with proven experience in fundraising and capital campaigns looking for a career in nonprofit fundraising. When the capital campaign concludes, this person is intended to remain a leader of the Fourth Street Clinic development team. Key Responsibilities: Capital Campaign Leadership Lead the execution and progress of the Capital Campaign, ensuring key milestones and goals are met. Support the Chief Development Officer (CDO) in preparing materials and reporting for

Campaign Committee

meetings. Coordinate and manage donor visits and solicitation efforts with the Campaign Committee and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the CDO and Campaign Committee to identify and engage prospective donors at the individual, corporate, and foundation levels. Work closely with the Grants Manager to prepare grant requests and proposals designated for the Capital Campaign. Partner with the Development/Communications Manager and Donor Database Coordinator to create and edit campaign-related materials, such as acknowledgments, follow-up letters, and newsletters. Manage campaign-related events and publicity logistics, ensuring effective promotion and engagement. Associate Development Director Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. Work with the CDO to plan and organize donor recognition events and special activities to foster donor engagement and long-term relationships. Work with the CDO to oversee and help manage all aspects of fundraising, including major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants. Develop fundraising proposals, presentations, and materials to engage and solicit donations. Collaborate with the Development/Communications Manager to create compelling messaging, promotional content, and digital campaigns. Develop and maintain fundraising dashboards to provide regular updates and progress on fundraising activities for organization leadership, stakeholders, committees, and the board. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the development team, including staff and volunteers, to achieve fundraising goals. Work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment on organizational priorities and fundraising strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience

in fundraising, capital campaigns, or nonprofit development. Proven track record of successfully managing capital campaigns and meeting fundraising goals. Strong knowledge of

grant writing

and experience securing grants from foundations and government sources. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build lasting relationships. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in

Raisers Edge

(or similar fundraising software) and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a valid driver's license; MBR is required upon hire. All employment is contingent upon satisfying the Department of Health Services background check.
