Superintendent . The Board wishes to have the successful candidate assume the responsibilities of the position

Colorado Association of School Boards , has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the Board of Education in identifying and screening the candidates. Location:

185 miles NE of Denver The Qualifications

An instructional leader with successful classroom and building leadership experience. A person who understands and values the seamless integration of online learning and traditional brick-and-mortar schooling. A leader who fosters an environment of rigor and continuous improvement, ensuring that every student can reach their highest potential. A person who is proficient with technology and committed to leveraging technology to enhance educational outcomes. Accountable:

A detail-oriented person who is competitive and decisive. An ethical, trustworthy administrator with an in-depth knowledge of school finance and business acuity. A leader who is organized and flexible. A person who holds themselves and others accountable. Compensation Range:

$115,000 - $145,000 based upon experience, with a negotiated benefit package that includes family health, dental, and vision. Search Timeline:
