Colorado Association of School Boards , has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the Board of Education in identifying and screening the candidates. Location:
185 miles NE of Denver The Qualifications
The candidate must have the background, skills, and abilities essential for excellence in educational leadership. The Board recognizes that selecting a superintendent is one of the most important decisions it will make. The Board has identified the following characteristics: Leader:

An instructional leader with successful classroom and building leadership experience. A leader who fosters an environment of rigor and continuous improvement, ensuring that every student can reach their highest potential. A person who is proficient with technology and committed to leveraging technology to enhance educational outcomes. Accountable:
