Senior Software Quality Engineer Fort Worth, TX USA Responsibilities: Collaborate with developers, product owner, and other QE team members to design and develop test automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing. Participate in code reviews and design discussions to understand workflow and build test cases accordingly. Continually stay up to date with industry changes and bring new concepts to your team. Communicate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders concerning the team’s work. Exhibit high personal commitment to quality, implementing development best practices. Work with Quality Engineering and Support staff to resolve problems with released software. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence 5+ years of experience in software automation testing, API experience with BDD, the Gherkin language & supporting tools (Spec Flow, Cucumber…) 3+ years of JavaScript programming 3+ years of TypeScript programming 2+ years of Playwright Test Framework 3+ years of experience using performance testing tools like JMeter or K6 3+ years of experience using public cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Experience with agile concepts, especially Scrum CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Terraform Working experience with test management tools PractiTest Web services integration REST & SOAP in .NET Object-oriented programming experience C# Experience with designing systems considering NFRs: performance, responsiveness, concurrency, availability, supportability… Good experience with TDD, BDD, or xUnit test patterns Experience with cloud-based POS systems and/or above store POS solutions including inventory management Exposure to other restaurant support functions such as Labor, Admin, Sales Reporting Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
