Director of Preconstruction

We are working with a leading EPC company specializing in Utility Scale Solar and Wind projects looking for a Director of Preconstruction. The Director of Preconstruction will lead all preconstruction activities for solar and wind projects. This role involves project estimation, planning, design coordination, and procurement management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the preconstruction team. Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets. Develop preconstruction schedules and coordinate with project teams. Collaborate with design teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Report progress to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in preconstruction or construction management, preferably in renewable energy.
