Senior Data Reliability Engineer
- (2400034U) Description As a Senior Data Quality Developer, you will lead the design and development of complex automated and manual test scripts using various automation and scripting tools. Your responsibilities include refining acceptance criteria into intricate acceptance test cases and scripts, executing these scripts to support significant changes in business processes, and performing in-depth test automation code reviews. You will also act as a mentor to junior developers and champion best practices in test automation across the data, analytics, and AI organization. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science). (Required) Deep functional knowledge with 6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of test automation. Knowledge of Java and Python. Knowledge of CI/CD tools. Knowledge of cloud technologies. Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to work independently. Demonstrated analytical and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Functional Accountabilities Lead the design, development, maintenance, and execution of complex test automation scripts. Develop and execute manual and automated tests; report defects and verify resolutions for high-impact projects. Implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation aligned with the organization's quality management system. Define and enforce quality standards; resolve complex outages and issues. Stay updated on industry developments to ensure compliance of products and processes. Mentor and guide other roles on the team, providing strategic support and leadership. Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with all policies and standards. Primary Location
